Rates - You do not share the house with anyone except your party, but rates are based on the number of bedrooms needed to accommodate guests.
- One bedroom - $265.00 per night
- Two bedrooms - $295.00 per night
- Three bedrooms - $325.00 per night
- Three bedrooms plus den - $350.00 per night
- Mid-week discount - There is a 25% discount for stays on Sunday night through Thursday night except on holidays and days before holidays.
- Low Season- Low season rates begin right after Barrel Tasting Weekend (Dec. 6, 2009) and extend through March 10th, 2010 . These rates reflect a 25% discount over high season rates.

Policies- There is normally a 25% discount for Sunday nights through Thursday nights. This discount does not apply to holidays and the day before holidays.
- Sales tax and hotel/motel tax will be applied to all stays less than 30 nights.
- There is no cleaning fee.
- Reservations confirmed with 50% deposit, full payment must be received 21 days in advance of first night's stay.
- Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates on confirmed reservations are guaranteed.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, checks and cash are accepted.
- The minimum stay is 2 nights. There is 3 ROOM minimum during "premium" special event weekends. These weekends are noted on the Events page.
- Cancellations made with 21 days notice will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation charge only if the dates are re-sold. No refunds for early departures.
- Check-in is after 4:00 pm, check-out is by 11:00 am.
- Children are welcome. Please inquire if you would like to bring your dog. We generally will approve one well-mannered dog per visit subject to an additional fee of $25 per night.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
